This fun community event celebrates the special bond between people and their pets while raising funds and awareness for homeless and abandoned animals in need. In 2006 they broke all records and netted $57,00, which we plan to exceed, but the Potter Shelter needs your help!

Obedience, Freestyle, Doggie Obstacle Course, Activities and Children's Tent, Feline Photo Contest and Art Contest
12:00 Walk begins... A 1 or 3 mile walk
1:00 Awards Ceremony and Pet Contests
Commemorative t-shirts and free lunch are awarded to all participants who pre-register and raise $50 or more! Additional purr-izes awarded to top fundraisers!
Every person that participates in our walk - either by collecting pledges, sponsoring walkers, volunteering, or donating makes a huge difference in the lives of animals at the Potter League! We look forward to seeing you at the Walk and thank you for helping the animals!

Directions: If traveling FROM THE SOUTH, take 138 East over the Newport Bridge, follow to first set of lights. (Jai Alai) At this intersection, take a left and follow to second set of lights onto 114. Travel 1 mile and bear right onto 138 East at Office Max. Follow 4-5 miles past the police barracks and you will come upon Glen Road. Take right onto Glen Road. Park about 3/4 mile on right.
If coming FROM THE NORTH, follow 24 South to 138 South. (Middletown Beaches exit). Follow through Portsmouth past Sunoco Station and Glen Road will be on your left. Take left and follow down about 3/4 mile to park entrance.
